- Make sure the provided Shipping Address is correct! If you would like us to ship your product(s) to an address other than the one shown on your PayPal account, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, we cannot make any changes.

- If you need us to delay the shipment, pease let us know by the next business day, before 12:00 PM CT.

- If you have not been provided with Tracking Number(s) for your product(s) via email, feel free to contact us and we will provide them to you. Remember to check your Junk Mail Box.

- Any incorrect information that can result in addditional freight charges will be of buyer's responsibility.

 Step 2: During Delivery

- Due to the size and weight of this product, this product does not qualify for in-home delivery. All deliveries will be a curbside delivery.

- Upon delivery, make sure to Open The Packaging and Fully Inspect all products for any concealed damages, Before Signing for delivery receipt. Only if any damages are found on the product itself, you have an option to decide if the damages are acceptable for your standard or not, and decide whether to accept or refuse the delivery.

- Acceptable Minor Cosmetic Damage: If it's a very minor damage and you feel like you can live with it, please accept the delivery, and contact us immediately. We will be able to reimburse you with appropriate amount from original transaction, depending on the severity of the damage(s). This is much more cost effective than refusing delivery just for small blemish and having to go through entire replacement process.

- Un-Acceptable Heavy Damage: If it seems like the damages are not acceptable in anyway, or seems to affect the proper functionality of the product, Refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately.

- Make sure to Write Down "Shipment damaged" on the delivery receipt that truck driver will provide you. Failing to do so will result in customer accepting all responsibility for damaged shipment and any other expense that might occur.

- We ask you to please use your common sense in determining whether to refuse or accept your delivery.

- Please contact us if you are not sure what to do regarding delivery process and we will be glad to help you with any questions you might have.

 Step 3: After Delivery

 - If you have purchased, or were provided with Extended Warranties, please do not forget to register them within 30 days from purchase date. Failing to do so, will void your extended warranty.

- Check again for any cosmetic damages. Once a product has been installed, you will not be able to report cosmetic damage issues to Refurbking.

Please take any preliminary steps to prepare your products for normal usage, such as removing shipping bolts from any laundry washers, purging the water line on the refrigerator...etc.
